Halloween in the City
Well, here we are again. It’s Halloween in New York. Yours truly has trolled Ok Cupid for spooky profiles and definitely found some good ones! But for now, I’m focusing on my costume. Guess what I am….
A cat! Yes, I know it’s a predictable get up. But I’m like any girl, I love to get dressed up and, yes, feel pretty. So I’m going to check out all the crazy parades and the parties.
But I couldn’t help but thinking: Is Halloween really that different? I live in a city where everybody is always dressed up, looking perfect, and walking alone.
On Halloween, everybody wears a mask.
