Date Tonight. Nervous Much?
Thought I didn’t get nervous. Thought that enough presentations at work, enough tough projects, got rid of that. I’m not a kid anymore. But if that’s the case, then I have to wonder why I’m having trouble focusing. I checked her picture twice today. She’s still on the site, waiting. And tonight I meet her.
I didn’t repeat yesterday’s mistake of letting women know I was dating. Not stupid. Might go here for Sushi tonight, but I’m not sure if I can handle raw fish with these nerves.
My secretary called me out today.
“Jack, are you OK?”
“Sure.” I told her that, at least. “Just sushi.”
“You had bad sushi?”
“No.”
But tonight, maybe I will. We’ll see.
